Abstract In this paper, the TiC particle-reinforced high chromium cast iron matrix composite was prepared in situ by method of injection infiltration, and effect adding different volume fractions moderators on size reinforcing particles, fraction particles abrasive wear systematically studied. Performance impact. The research results show that obtained are uniformly distributed iron, interface between is clean. And as moderator increases, becomes smaller more uniform, also gradually decreases with increase moderator. introduction has increased hardness material up to 69.036%. Abrasive experiments makes smaller, which further improves resistance material, 20% content best resistance, compared metal 1.8 times.
